Friday Friends with Flair

Another Unity Friday Friends with Flair! I was in a stamping mood last night, so I decided to make 2 cards for today using my Unity rubber. If you haven't been to the Unity blog, go HERE and check things out. Someone will win some rubber today if you can find the Unity blinkie!! Start looking! The list of all 50 blogs to visit today is over there.

My first card uses the pumpkin from the September KOTM. I embossed the buttons across the green panel with my cuttlebug, and then pierced all around the other 3 edges. I stamped the pumpkins using the masking technique, then cut them out. They are up on dimensionals. The little leafy things are punched with the MS branch punch.

Recipe:
Stamps: Unity September KOTM, sentiment from Verve - Tall Oaks
Paper: Soft Suede, Real Red, Old Olive, White, Kraft, Always Artichoke
Ink: Memento tuxedo black
Misc: cb, embossing border, piercer, MS punch, prismas, OMS

The 2nd card I have to share today is made with stamps from the Hodge Podge of Happiness set. I cut out the main panel with my rectangle nestie and while the nestie was still on there, I sponged some so saffron ink over the entire image.

Recipe:
Stamps: Unity HPH, Sanded b/g
Paper: Real Red, Old Olive, White
Ink: Memento tuxedo black
Misc: ribbon, buttons, linen thread, copics

As always....thanks for poppin in today and checking out my blog!
