Virginia's View Challenge Card

WARNING: MANY MANY SHEETS OF WATERCOLOR
PAPER WERE RUINED DURING THIS CARDMAKING PROCESS!
AS WELL AS A PERFECTLY GOOD MANICURE!

Ok, so I'm thinking outside my box and trying some new and different
things.  I saw a new challenge blog Virginia's View and wanted to play along
with the watercoloring challenge.

Here is the inspiration pic from the challenge blog -

Looked easy enough, all the cool girls are playing along,
yeh.....I GOT THIS!!!

pffffffffttttt..............

Little did I know, the mess that was about to transpire, right
here on my kitchen counter!!!

I used some of my SU reinkers to do this.  I cut my watercolor panel
and then got it fairly wet with a paint brush, and then dropped some of the reinkers
onto it.  From there, I can't really tell you what I did....it was a craft free-for-all!
There was also black ink involved, which now, also resides under all of
my fingernails and on the kitchen counter.

I embossed the sentiment from Reverse Confetti's Lots to Say and topped it
off with a few pearls.  Now I'm off to try to get this off of my fingernails and
get them repainted.

Thanks for stopping by today!

First of all, I apologize that this challenge caused you to ruin your manicure and precious watercolor paper! You really really embrace the challenge and that IS the spirit we want! And you sure got this! I love the gorgeous background that you created! The black splatter adds some interests along with the little pearls (perfectly placed)! Thank you SO much for playing this challenge! I hope to see more of your beautiful work, Julie!
