I'm a day early with a very special birthday surprise....
tomorrow is my dear friend Korin Sutherland's birthday!
 A group of her friends are getting 

together today for a fun early birthday party, since
 tomorrow is the fantastic 

April Release Blog Hop for Sweet 'n Sassy Stamps,
 and we didn't want to take the spotlight from that.
 After all, our sweet girl deserves 

her OWN day in the spotlight! So please join us as we
celebrate Korin's birthday a little early!

Challenge Time at Paper and Such

Happy Tuesday everyone!

Last week was fabulous here in Central PA!

This week...not so much!  It's a bit chillier this week,

and a bit more seasonable out.  Last week had us spoiled

when it was in the 70's most of the week.

Either way, Easter is coming, and I've got to get some

Easter cards made for all the little ones in my life!

This one was made for one of my nieces!!  Now, I just

need to get some candy to go with it!!

The challenge over at Paper and Such is to make an

Easter/Spring card (or project), so have fun with this one, 

and get those cards knocked out - cuz Easter is coming quick!

Here is my card - I decided to use some twine

for the centers of the flowers.... I cut out tiny circles,

put some glue on them and then just swirled the

twine around in a circle.  I actually quite like this.

paper piecing card!  I had to dig a while, but I finally found the

oldest one that I could!  It was cool to be looking thru old blog

posts....I think I should do that more often!
