Challenges Galore Card

I combined 3 awesome challenges for today's card!

First up was the -

Color Q 

Next is 

Just Us Girls

and last, but certainly not least is

Shopping Our Stash

(their challenge is to use an outdoor theme)

Here is what I came up with -

What fun colors to combine at this time of year!

Each of those little hearts were punched out and then

glued onto the card.  They were pretty small for these

old eyes, but I managed to get them on there.

Ribbon Carousel Week 4

Hey everyone!  It's the final week of our Love, Birthdays & Chicken Soup Challenge.

This month we're giving away a set of spools with your choice of beautiful seam binding, baker's twine or May Arts Ribbon.

Just a reminder that our Ribbon Carousel Crewmates have divided up into FOUR teams. Each week you will see fresh projects for this month's challenge!

 There are only three (3) rules you must follow to be eligible for the prize:

1. You MUST use ribbon, twine, thread, washi tape or anything that comes on a spool on your creation 
2. Your project must be based on the theme of the month. 
3. You must add a NEW project to the INLINKZ HERE and link directly back to your project on your blog or online gallery. (Unfortunately, we've had participants who would have won the challenge, but they didn't do a direct link to their blog and I couldn't find their creation!)

Paper Smooches Guest DT

I've been meaning to try out to be the

guest designer at Paper Smooches for February,

and I just wasn't coming up with a brilliant idea.

With the deadline looming....it finally came to me!

I always say that I do my best work under pressure!

I'm in looooove with this card - like totally in love!!

This could seriously be the best card I've every made,

at least in my mind!!

I used my absolute favorite stamp set from PS called

I heart Art!

I stamped everything with Memento black ink,

and colored it with my copics.

Contrasting Color fusion

I've having so much fun staying inside enjoying the

snow day and crafting!  I've got veggie soup on the stove,

and found time to make another card.

For this one, I combined the 

CASology Challenge

and the

Fusion Card Challenge

and I came up with this -

I saw the Fusion pic and new I needed to pull out my felt.  This card is waaaaay out of my box, but it's nice to get out of your box every now and then.

We are expecting some MAJOR snow today,

and I couldn't be more excited about it!
